Cosa faremo in questi 3 giorni

Three days to shift your perspective, awaken your body, and breathe deeply.

Transformative Breathwork

Guided conscious breathing sessions to rebalance the nervous system, release emotional blockages, and awaken your energy. Each practice is a journey within, accompanied by music and silence. This is where true transformations occur.

Ice Therapy

A mindful cold-water immersion before or after a breathwork session. It's not about enduring the cold, but about learning to remain present and relaxed even when the body perceives a challenge, building resilience and adaptability along the way.

It all starts with cacoa

A ritual that opens the heart and connects us to one another. We will share pure spiced cacao and prepare to enter the retreat with intention and sweetness, creating space for relaxation and full presence.

Spa, Sauna & free time

During breaks you can relax in the sauna, swim in the pool, walk through the peaceful property, read, meditate or receive a massage by appointment.

Fierce Grace® Yoga

Fierce Grace® is the first truly integrated yoga system to emerge in recent decades: a unique method that blends Hatha, Ashtanga, Bikram, and Iyengar Yoga with high-intensity interval training (HIIT), Pilates, strength exercises, deep stretching, meditation, and breathing techniques to rebalance the body, mind, and emotional self, helping us become strong and self-aware.

Music Workshop

During the retreat, you'll have the opportunity to participate in an experiential workshop dedicated to sound, rhythm, and musical exploration, with the handpan as the main focus. This experience is perfectly in keeping with the heart of the retreat.

Who Am I

I'm Giulia di Bitonto, and I work with the body, movement, and breath.

I deeply believe that the body isn't something we possess, but what we are: the most authentic place through which we can express ourselves, listen to ourselves, and transform ourselves.

My journey intertwines body awareness, movement, yoga, pranayama, and breathwork, which I have deepened over the years through studies in Holland with Kasper Van Der Meulen.

My love for movement, however, began much earlier, through dance and the years I spent at the academy as a teenager. Today, I continue to deepen my study of the body through somatic practices and dance therapy.

In my retreats, I create spaces for listening, freedom of expression, and deep reconnection with oneself.

The body is us. Sometimes, all it takes is a return to listening.

What should I bring?

Comfortable clothing for exercise, a yoga mat (if you prefer to use your own), a swimsuit, slippers, and anything else that helps you feel comfortable. How many people will there be?

The group will be small and intimate, with a maximum of 12-14 participants, to allow for an authentic experience and personal attention during all activities.

Some breathing practices may require special attention if you have specific medical conditions, as does cold therapy. Before the event, you will receive an information form that will allow us to tailor the practices to your individual needs and ensure a safe experience for everyone.

Can I participate if I come alone?

Of course. Many people participate alone, and that's often what makes the experience special. The group quickly becomes a space for sharing, connecting, and making new friends.

Do you need yoga or breathwork experience?

No. All practices are accessible and adaptable to different levels of experience. You will be guided step by step, respecting your abilities and pace.

I'm not very flexible, can I participate?

Absolutely yes. Body work does not require performance but listening and presence.
