A retreat in the heart of Salento, bringing together movement, breathwork, sound, cold immersion and Puglian food.

Three days to slow down, step away from your usual pace and bring your attention back to your body and your breath.

RESONANCE was created around a simple idea: to make space. Not to do more, but to have enough time to notice what we feel.

My work always starts with the body. In fact, the more I study and work with it, the less I think of the body as something we have. We are our bodies.

That’s why RISONANZE brings together different practices: movement and yoga, breathwork, sound and vibration, cold immersion, quiet time and outdoor practices.

They’re not separate activities, but different ways of developing body awareness and noticing how we respond to stimulation, stress, discomfort — and even to the simple act of stopping.

In our breathwork sessions, we explore the breath in different ways, from simple regulation practices to deeper experiences. We notice what happens when we change the rhythm, depth and pattern of our breathing, and how those changes affect the way we feel.

Cold immersion makes that response much more immediate. The body reacts, the breath speeds up and the instinct is to get out. Learning to stay — without forcing yourself or fighting the sensation — becomes a very practical way of observing how you respond to discomfort.

Sound and vibration add another layer to the experience, one that is less about doing and more about sensing.

But RISONANZE isn’t about spending three days “working on yourself.”

There’s also Salento, nature, food, conversation, laughter and time spent together. We literally get our hands in the dough and make fresh pasta, enjoy Puglian food and leave plenty of room for lightness and fun.

And then there’s the group. I keep it small because I want there to be space for people, not just for the programme.

I’m not interested in promising transformation or telling you that you’ll go home a different person. What I want these three days to offer are simple tools and experiences that can become useful in everyday life.

Noticing when you’re speeding up. Becoming aware of how you’re breathing. Feeling what’s happening in your body. Knowing when to keep going — and when to stop.

That, more than anything, is what RISONANZE is about: three days of experience, practice and connection, giving you the time and space to get to know the body you are a little better.
