my philosophy

The body does not need to be controlled or fixed.

It needs to be listened to, intelligently stimulated, and respectfully regulated.

This is where resilience begins.

I work starting from the body, because that is where we truly live. Listening to it is not a technique - it is the most honest way I know to be in life.

The body is our reality.

We learn how to stay.

Experiences

Return to life with more presence

It’s not about escaping everyday life. It’s about stepping out of the usual routine for a few days, exploring through movement, breath and the senses, trying new things, having fun and coming home with practical tools you’ll actually use.

Deep practices, profound experiences, with just the right amount of lightness.

I create experiences where the body isn’t something to observe from the outside, but where everything begins. Movement, breath, different forms of stimulation and recovery become practical tools for exploring how we respond, regulate and shift our state.

It’s not just about relaxing, nor is it about pushing beyond your limits. It’s about experimenting, learning, being surprised and having fun. Every experience is different because every body is different, but the aim is always the same: to come away with more than just an experience, with tools you can recognise and use when you actually need them.

About Giulia

My practice is shaped by presence, listening, and lived experience

I’m Giulia Di Bitonto, and I work with the body, movement, and breath.

I deeply believe that the body is not something we possess, but who we are. It is the most authentic place through which we can express ourselves, listen to ourselves, and transform.

My path brings together body awareness, movement, yoga, pranayama, and breathwork, which I have explored more deeply over the years through my studies in the Netherlands with Kasper Van Der Meulen.

My love of movement began much earlier, however, through dance and the years I spent at an academy during my adolescence. Today, I continue to deepen my understanding of the body through somatic practices and dance therapy.

In my retreats, I create spaces for listening, freedom of expression, and a deep reconnection with oneself.

We are our bodies. Sometimes, we simply need to begin listening to them again.
